Kevin M. Mendillo, Esq.

Biography
Kevin Mendillo was born and raised in Auburn, New York. He attended law school at the University at Buffalo and received his juris doctorate degree in 2010. Kevin was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York in 2011. For the first two years of his legal career, he was employed in private practice where he spent time practicing in the area of general civil litigation. During that time, he gained valuable experience in navigating both state and federal court.

In 2014 Kevin began employment with a law firm that focused on civil rights. He remained employed at that firm for over 10 years, where he represented children with disabilities in due process hearings against New York and Ohio school districts. During that period of time, Kevin successfully litigated over 100 due process hearings on behalf of indigent families of children with disabilities.

In 2024, Kevin teamed with several colleagues in order to form the law firm Mendillo, Bouchard, Pado, PLLC, which as since been re-branded to Genesee Legal. Since starting the firm, Kevin has continued his practice of representing individuals in the area of civil rights, including his representation of children with disabilities against New York State school districts.
​
Kevin is licensed to practice in the States of New York and Ohio, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern districts of New York. In his role at Genesee Legal, Kevin focuses his practice on civil rights law, education law, guardianships, estate planning, probate, general litigation, and criminal defense, where his representation of clients has resulted in favorable results, including a recent not guilty verdict after a jury trial.

Britton H. Bouchard, Esq.

Biography
Britton Bouchard was born and raised in Onondaga County. He is a graduate of Jordan-Elbridge High School. Following high school, Britton joined the United States Marine Corps. After five years of service, Britton was honorably discharged at the rank of Sargeant. Subsequent to his service in the Marine Corps, Britton attended the National Tractor Trailer School and earned a class "A" license. After obtaining a commercial license, Britton worked as a union tractor trailer driver and was later elected to the union steward position for Teamsters Local 182.

While driving for AmeriPride Services and serving as union steward, Britton also studied full-time at Le Moyne College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in political science.
​
Britton then attended The Syracuse University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the state of North Carolina (inactive), and the U.S. District Courts of the Western, Eastern, and Middle Districts of North Carolina.

Erin E. Murray, Esq.

Biography
Erin was raised in Auburn, New York, and relocated to Florida after high school. She is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Prior to law school, she worked in child welfare in Orange County, Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from Barry University, Dwayne O’ Andreas School of Law, and moved back to the Auburn area to begin practicing. She focuses in special education litigation throughout New York State and also practices in criminal defense and wills, trusts, estates, and guardianships in Cayuga County and the surrounding areas.
In her free time, she enjoys camping in the Adirondacks with her family.

Zachariah M. Zallo, Esq.

Biography
A native of Syracuse, Zachariah attended law school in Kansas at Washburn University School of Law graduating in 2017 with Dean's Honors. Zachariah was also the Vice President of Washburn Law's Moot Court Council, where he received the Lester M. Goodell Award for best legal brief, recognizing distinction in legal writing and analysis.

Prior to returning to New York, Zachariah was employed at the Social Security Administration where he worked closely with the Administrative Law Judges in preparing and drafting legally proficient memorandums in support of their decisions.
​
After returning to New York, Zachariah has worked generally in criminal law, with experience as both a prosecutor and defense lawyer. Zachariah has significant trial and hearing experience, ranging from low class misdemeanors to violent felony and homicide cases.
​
No matter the task, Zachariah focuses on bringing the highest quality of legal analysis and preparation in his legal work. Particularly, he prides himself on being willing to go the extra mile in order to best represent his client's interests. He is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Kansas.

Zachariah received his Bachelor's in Arts, Magna Cum Laude, at Washburn University. Likewise, he received his juris doctorate, with Dean's Honors, at Washburn University School of Law.
